CEMS are useful tools in gathering process emissions data for environmental compliance demonstration and process control and optimization.  valveIT is the leader in GAS ANALYSIS having delivered more than 10 projects in mining DRI plants. 

ASME BPE pipes, orbital welding, aseptic diaphragm valves were delivered to buid up the rack of distribution in a fermenter plant.  

valveIT has just completed the delivery of complete CIP (Clean In Place) system for a new fermenter plant in north of Italy.

The pilot plant skid is a unit for testing performances of RO membranes widely used in RO plants. It runs at high pressure of 70 bar and is made by duplex steel to achieve best performances on high TDS water. Skids has been designed and is under construction as a prototype.
